The SQMIZE® PREMIUM BISON FSP40i squat machine combines two important compound exercises for the legs - back squats and front squats. Its unrivalled quality and solid construction make it ideal for gyms, clubs, company sports, therapy facilities or the high-quality home gym. The ergonomically shaped shoulder pads and the off-centre mounted pivot point give the feeling of training with free weights while ensuring the safety of a machine. The solid construction and first-class biomechanics of the machine allow, for example, very controlled execution of jump squats. An important complementary exercise for sports that require explosive movements, such as football, basketball or athletics. The machine also has a conveniently positioned release handle for the safety catch, which is located above the right shoulder (heel squat) or above the left shoulder (front squat) and enables effortless switching between exercises. The safety catch can be locked in two positions and an additional stop under the safety mechanism prevents squatting too low. The oversized footplate allows you to vary the foot positions and thus train different areas of the legs in a targeted manner. In addition, the footplate can be adjusted in two different angles and is particularly non-slip thanks to its roughened structure. The 4 integrated weight disc shelves keep the gym tidy.
