gute, einfache SSB
Schnelle Lieferung, top Quali. Leider haben die Griffe einen recht großen Abstand, daher nur bedingt nutzbar für Hatfield-Squats. Die Plate-Aufnahmen sind gegenüber den Griffen nicht abgewinkelt. Letztere Punkte kann man allerdings vor dem Kauf dem Datenblatt entnehmen, also kein Thema.

Super Produkt für ein breites Kreuz!
Die allgemeine Qualität der Stange ist sehr gut, die Polster sind ausreichend dick, sodass auch bei Beladung die Stange gut auf dem Rücken/Schultern sitzt. Worauf allerdings geachtet werden sollte ist der Abstand zwischen den „Griffen“, dieser ist schon weiter auseinander, sodass kleinere Lifter hier Probleme mit dem zentralen Sitz bekommen können. Ich bin 1,9m, also stört es mich nicht.

Echt super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bin wirklich froh die Safetybar gekauft zu haben. Bringt nochmal ganz andere Möglichkeiten mit ins Homegym. Kann ich nur Empfehlen.

Safety bar squat for the win
It was my drean to have a leg press in my garage but … I dont have enough room nor the budget. This safety bar squat does the trick. Stabilizing the movement, to focus on that leg pump you are looking for.

Günstige SS Bar. Ich habe mir diese gekauft, um trotz Schulterverletzung Squatten zu können, dafür perfekt. Lieferung war schnell von Seiten von Simple Products, allerdings hat die Terminbuchung bei DHL nicht geklappt und die Langhantel stand plötzlich vor der Tür, als ich zufällig zuhause war. Wer die SSB nicht nur für eine kurze Zeit oder Übergangsweise nutzen möchte, dem würde ich eine der teureren Modelle empfehlen, da dort die Polsterung doch nochmal eine Nummer angenehmer ist.

After checking the website pretty much every day to see whether the Safety Squat Bar was back in stock, I managed to order one and received it rather quickly! Honestly impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the bar. It's very stable and allows you to squat without holding the bar. Useful for those times where your muscles fail on heavy sets. Only downside is that the handles / pads are a bit too wide for me, as I'm not very big, but it all works fine with a little bit of discomfort as it rests on the shoulder muscles with me. Very happy overall! Small note: on the both ends, the bar has an SQMIZE logo instead of the pictures.
