Der Diptrainer ist perfekt verarbeitet und einfach in das Rack einzusetzen. Das Gewicht ist nicht zu hoch, sodass das Handling auch für Frauen noch gut machbar sein sollte.

Sehr guter Diptrainer! Durch das einsetzen im Rack ist er äusserst stabil und spart gleichzeitig Platz. Die individuelle Einstelllung von Höhe und Breite ist ideal für mein Weighted Calisthenics/Streetlifting Training! Ausserdem sind noch viele weitere Übungen wie Bodyweight Rudern oder Muscle ups an der hinteren Stange möglich, was mir in meinem Homegym sehr zu gute kommt aufgrund der geringen Deckenhöhe. Alles in allem eine top Erweiterung für das Power Rack für wenig Geld!

A agree with all the other reviews that this is a great product, at a nice price. The angling of the bars makes it so you can do narrow or wide dipsIt's nice having thick bars for good grip, though most people might want to wear gloves, as there's no padding. Also, if you have a rack outfitted with monkey bars and lat pulldown above, it may take some experimenting to figure out how to do dips without hitting your head. But it is certainly possible. Last but not least, I'm also discovering the beauties of inverse rows with heels on bench!

Habe dieses Produkt als Ergänzung zum Power Rack erworben um noch ein wenig mehr Übungsvielfalt zu bekommen. Diptrainer lässt sich zwar etwas umständlich aber dann doch sehr gut im Rack befestigen. Hier wackelt nichts, macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Denke auch das man an diesem Produkt sehr lange Spaß hat,da das Material stabil ist. Kaufempfehlung! Sportliche Grüße

Finally I have a high quality, stable dip-bar. What I appreciate the most is not only how robust is the dip-bar but also that I can regulate easily the height to do different types of exercises (dips, L-sits, australian pull-ups, etc.). I have had other dip-bars before and from far this has been the best.
