The Bench Press Machine SQMIZE® BP6i First Edition represents a compact plate-loaded version for the isolateral bench press. The converging course of motion follows the principles of sensible biomechanics. This is how the guided training takes place at a high level. In addition to the focus on the entire chest musculature and biceps, parts of the shoulder and back are also trained. The training height is 9 times adjustable in 2.5 cm increments. The bench can be used in both flat and incline positions. You can train isolaterally or bilaterally according to your wishes and training goals. Rapid muscle build-up and versatile muscle stimulation are ensured. Isolateral training offers opportunities for both individual and simultaneous muscle development. Training with heavier weights is also easier to master. Isolateral training can also be used to treat and prevent muscular imbalances. The robust machine is also designed for higher load levels. Solid pivot points ensure a friction-free professional workout. The weight arms were additionally reinforced at the contact points. The training is possible with 30 and 50 mm weight plates. The weight arms offer a neutral and a regular grip position. The narrow front foot allows maximum freedom of movement.

Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.
Es gab mal von Maxxus die G Motion, ich muss sagen Sqmize Bench Press bessere Qualität.
