This allows for an incredible variety in training, as the muscles and tendons are loaded differently with each adjustment. The end stop can be adjusted in 5 positions and therefore enables optimum adaptation to body size and the desired exercise performance. Pendulum squats offer the advantages of squats with free weights, but the axial load on the back is much lower. A large range of motion can also be achieved much more easily than with regular squats due to the guided movement.
