The Fusion Power Gym Knee Holder SQMIZE® SQ-S987-KH is a supplement for the PREMIUM BISON SQ-S987 weight station with a practical 2-in-1 function. The add-on is simply attached to the optionally available SQMIZE® SQ-S987-SA spotter arms at any height. In combination with a training bench, the cable pull of the SQ-S987 can be used to perform exercises such as unilateral lat pulldowns or high rows. Bulgarian single leg squats can also be performed.
