The adjustable SQMIZE® ELITE CLUB SQ335ST training bench impresses with its studio quality, well thought-out ergonomics, and a special extra: A 5-way adjustable headrest that can be precisely tilted downwards. This creates the ideal conditions for exercises such as cable rows, concentration curls and neck presses, which are not possible or only possible with restrictions on conventional flat and incline benches, as regular weight benches are often too long.
Technically and visually, the SQ335ST is based on the SQ330ST model. The additional headrest expands the range of exercises. All other components are identical – including the steel profile, adjustment mechanism, and studio-quality workmanship.
In addition, the SQ335ST has three negative positions, allowing you to effectively integrate negative bench presses, sit-ups, or core exercises into your program.
The solid 75 × 75 × 3 mm steel profile, the precise brushed steel cam system with laser-cut degree numbers, and the 2.5 cm mini gap between the seat and backrest make this incline bench one of the best in its class. Thanks to non-slip mesh padding, ball-bearing transport wheels, and upright storage, it is designed for both studio use and ambitious home gyms.
