The Trap Bar SQMIZE® OBH83S is the slightly smaller brother of the Monster Trap Bar OBH89R. It's ideal for deadlifts, squats, bent-over rows, bench presses, shrugs, and more. The handles on both levels are knurled. During the workout, the athlete can rotate from one grip level to another. The sleeves length of 37 cm enables a high training weight even when using bumper plates.
The Many Advantages of This Trap Bar:

Solides Produkt mit guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Robuste, wertige und m.E. langlebige Ausführung. Die Trap Bar OBH83S fasst sich gut an (rauhe Oberflächen) und wies dank des riesigen Versandkartons keinerlei Transportspuren auf. Die Gewichtsaufnahmen auf beiden Seiten sind ausreichend lang, so dass selbst bei der Verwendung von Bumperplates im Training die allermeisten Nutzer längere Zeit nicht limitiert sein sollten.

Gute Trap Bar für Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene.
Sehr schöne Trap Bar. Die Scheibenaufnahmen sind lang genug, dass man mit Bumper Plates bis zu 200 kg draufpacken kann.

Sturdy bar and easy to use!
Was looking for a Trap Bar that was affordable but would still be sturdy so it could be used for many years. Really happy with the purchase! Wide enough so you can easily change position when standing inside the bar.
