The Monolift SQMIZE® MR-ML expands the possibilities of the SQMIZE® Monster Rigs. This high-quality tool is simply hooked securely into the rig. The monolift brings the barbell into the correct starting position for squats and other lifts. Walkouts are no longer necessary. With the open construction of the hooks, it is also very easy to put the barbell down. The construction is virtually suitable for all barbells with a grip width of 115 cm or more. A backstop prevents the lift from swinging. The solid design allows weights of over 450 kg.
