In this way, it promotes versatility in a compact area. The shrimp trawler is easy to assemble. With it, for example, a new training area for gym ring training including muscle-ups, dips, ring push-ups and ring rows is created. The solid construction with 6 mm steel thickness ensures a high level of stability and safety for training.
