This attachment has 30 mm plate holders for standard weight plates. An included adapter enables training with 50 mm weight plates. Two chrome-plated guide bars made of solid steel and high-quality pulleys with ball-bearing rollers offer a high-quality workout at commercial level in connection with the weight slide. An adjustable footrest is included.

Gute Latzugstation
Gute Latzugstation. Läuft sehr flüssig. Leider war beim Rack nur eine Bohrung vorhanden.
