The Landmine / T-Bar Row Attachment SQMIZE® SQ460LM expands the training spectrum of the 400 series power racks. This solid T-bar row attachment holds up to 2 Olympic barbells and thus offers the possibility for a workout for two. It opens up many training opportunities outside of the power rack such as russian twist, ab rolls, deadlifts, single deadlifts, squats and more. The T-Bar Row Attachment SQ460LM is mounted with bronze bushings.

Super Erweiterung
Als Erweiterung für das SQ 510 eine tolle Sache. Ermöglicht einem effizientes Rudern in Verbindung mit einer Langhantel. Einfache Montage .Sehr zufrieden.

solide Verarbeitung, einfache Montage
Der T-Bar Row Trainer SQMIZE SQ460LM, ist einfach zu montieren und funktional konzipiert. Durch das Anbauteil konnte ich mein Trainingsspektrum an meinem Multipress Rack SQMIZE SQ550 noch erheblich erweitern. Da das Bauteil für Racks der 400er und 500er Serie geeignet ist, steht zumindest bei meinem Rack der Bolzen ein kleines bisschen über. Dies ist aber nicht schlimm.
