The Power Rack Monolift SQMIZE® SQ480ML expands the possibilities of the Power Racks of the SQMIZE® SQ400 series. This high-quality tool is simply hooked into the power rack and secured with a steel pin. The monolift always brings the barbell into the right position for squats and other core exercises. Walkouts are no longer necessary. With the open construction of the hooks, it is very easy to put it down. The construction is suitable for all barbells with a grip width of 115 cm or more. A backstop prevents the lift from swinging. The design allows weights of over 450 kg.

Große Hilfe
Benütze den Monolift zum Bankdrücken,Schrägbankdrücken,Frontdrücken,Nackendrücken und für die Kniebeuge.Die Hantel befindet sich immer an der richtigen Stelle.Ablegen ist auch sehr einfach.Entlastet die Gelenke,da kein nach hintengreifen bei der ersten Wiederholung mehr nötig ist.Gutes Teil!Daumen hoch!
