Perfekt für Progressive Overload
Ich habe überall nach Fractional Plates mit 125 Gramm gesucht und wurde bei Simple Products fündig. Die Scheiben sind aus Gummi und von guter Qualität. Die Beschriftung verschwindet bei regelmäßigem Gebrauch allmählich, was mich nicht stört. Ich habe auch die 250-Gramm-Plates und würde sie wieder kaufen.

Ich nutze sie sehr gerne beim Training. Ich brauchte Hantelscheiben, die auch mit Feuchtigkeit (Wasser) in Berührung kommen dürfen. Das klappt hervorrragend.
