The main differences between the two stations are the shape and dimensions. FT18i is characterized by a triangular shape, whereas FT10i follows a trapezoidal shape. While the FT18i XTR, with a depth of 105 cm, a width of 171 cm and a height of 211.5 cm, is one of the top models in the compact class, the FT10i, at 118 cm long, 173 cm wide and 220 cm high, is somewhat more bulky. This is mainly due to its weight of 327 kg compared to the 263 kg of the FT18i XTR. In addition, the two 90-kilogram weight stacks of the FT10i can each be expanded to 120 kilograms. The cable stations also differ in material thickness (2.5 mm for the FT10i and 2 mm for the FT18i XTR). There are also differences in the handles: the FT10i has more handle variations.
