- Tip 2: The right posture: Each exercise requires a specific posture, depending on the muscles being used, the parts of the body and the weight chosen. Use the illustrated exercise card for tips on how to do the exercises correctly.
- Tip 3: Breathe out when you tense the muscles during pushing, pulling, bending or lifting movements and breathe in when you relax the muscles again in a controlled manner.
- Tip 4: The right training intensity: The intensity and duration of your training depend on your training level. If you want to do a holistic muscle training, training sessions with several units can also take up to 90 minutes or longer.

- Lat pull-down: In a seated position on the station bench, you pull the lat pull-down bar down to your chest. This exercise strengthens the latissimus dorsi, upper back, arms and improves core stability.
