The Adjustable Monster Multi-Hook Lat Bar SQMIZE® MB660 gives your workout unique flexibility. With a total of 18 grip positions, the chrome-plated steel bar is suitable for a variety of exercises. The grip widths vary from 15 cm in the narrowest position to 90 cm in the outermost position. The 5 kg bar with a length of 95 cm is super solid with a material thickness of 9.5 mm and is suitable for use in home gyms and studios. The two chrome-plated steel handles are movable. The 15 cm wide grip areas are knurled and ensure an excellent grip.

Die Multi-Hook Lat Bar ist für das Training zu Hause eine gute Idee wenn die Voraussetzungen dafür gegeben sind.
Der Artikel ist grundsätzlich gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Man hat die Möglichkeit mit dieser einen Stange jede Griffvariante einzustellen (eng bis weit plus Obergriff, Parallelgriff sowie Untergriff). Mir sind allerdings auch zwei Schwächen bzw. Nachteile aufgefallen: Das Versetzen der Griffe um den Abstand zu verändern ist leider mühsam. Vor allem das Herauslösen klappt oft weder leicht noch schnell. Außerdem hängt die Stange mit den Griffen ziemlich tief. Man benötigt einen wirklich hohen Latzugturm oder muss die Möglichkeit haben den Sitz sehr tief einzustellen. Gerade wenn man mit engem Griff ziehen möchte wird das deutlich. Ich habe die mitgelieferten großen Karabinerhaken für die Griffe durch Schäkel mit Bolzen ersetzt, damit ich trotz niedrigster Sitzeinstellung noch in die volle Streckung beim Latziehen komme.

Wide and reliable. Good bang for buck!
Good large adjustable lat bar. This thing is heavy and thick, and feels very reliable. It fits right between the Twin-Power Gym carriages, so you can use both weight stacks at the same time. I like that the center attachment is drilled in the middle as to not add unnecessary length from cable to hand. Love the thick knurled grips that are included, making this quite a good back for buck. Only downside I can think of is that it can get finnicky to get the carabiners on/off the bar.

Sehr vielseitig und stabil
Nutze die Multihook im Homegym, wo der Platz sehr wertvoll ist.Da bietet sich sowas besonders an. Alle Zugübungen sind sehr gut damit zu machen. Die Qualität von sqmize ist wie immer sehr gut. Klare Empfehlung!
