Riesen Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Griffen!
Die Griffe sind Super verarbeitet und ein echtes Highlight in meinem Homegym. Das Rückentraining bekommt einen Boost, es macht richtig Laune damit zu trainieren und die zielmuskulatur wird viel besser getroffen. Jeder Griff im Set ist bei mir im Einsatz. Klare Kaufempfehlung ??

Full Range of Motion
Ich habe Jahre mit einem simplen Parallelgriff trainiert und geglaubt 90 % kämen übers Gewicht, aber weit gefehlt, denn allein die unterschiedliche Handstellung bei NG 1 + 2 spricht den Rücken, Tri- und Bizeps ganz. Gripp und Qualität sind so wie erhofft.
