The premium Power Gym Belt Squat add-on SQMIZE® SQ-S955-BSM takes the SQ-S955 and SQ-S855 weight stations to a whole new level of versatility. Belt squats have the advantage over conventional squats that they place less strain on the knees and back and allow the leg muscles to be isolated much better. The SQMIZE® SQ-S955-BSM belt squat supplement can be easily installed on any post and its height can be adjusted at any time using the plug-in mechanism. Weight plates with a diameter of up to 450 mm, such as bumper plates, also fit. With the appropriate handles, exercises such as rowing in forward bend and deadlifts can be performed excellently.
