Super für Swings, 1a Rows, Goblet Squats, etc.
Fantastisches Teil. Es bereitet unendlich Spaß, damit heavy swings zu machen (z.B. mit diesem Programm hier: https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/myofibrillar-growth-conditioning-the-program). Auch Klasse als Assistance Work: bent-over rows, one-arm rows, overhead presses. Aufgrund des von barbell und dumbbell abweichenden Griffes erfolgt eine durchaus andere Stimulation, die für Abwechslung beim Training sorgt. Für's Conditioning kann man auch prima goblet squats damit machen oder gleich ganze complexes bauen. Der Bolide selbst ist sauber verarbeitet, färbt nur ganz wenig am Anfang ab, und ist sehr griffig. Als Hinweis für den Versand - der Spediteur wäre sicher glücklich, könnte er die Kettlebell an deren Griff tragen. In einer viel zu großen Pappkiste ohne Griffe sind kugelige 40kg für fast alle eine echte Herausforderung...
