Innovative dual resistance system: cardio & strength in one machine 

At its heart is the magnetic-air system with a housing diameter of approx. 45 cm. Thanks to this dual technology, you can control your workout with unprecedented precision: 

• Air resistance (settings 1–10): Experience the natural rowing sensation. The resistance dynamically adapts to your effort—ideal for your cardiovascular training and for boosting your endurance. 
• Additional magnetic resistance (settings 11–16): These levels provide maximum challenge for your muscles. The additional resistance is perfect for targeted strength building and turns the rowing machine into a true strength training station. 

With the Alpha S25 Pro rowing ergometer, you train your legs, back, core, and arms in one fluid motion. The combination of air and magnetic resistance ensures a constant and controlled pull throughout the entire stroke. 

Industrial construction and superior ergonomics 

The proven chain drive ensures a direct and authentic training experience. The 50 cm wide handle with a diameter of 35 mm fits perfectly in your hand, while the ergonomically shaped seat (31 x 25.5 cm) glides smoothly along the approximately 119 cm long running surface. The spacious pedals (32 x 14 cm) are adjustable in 7 positions and can be optimally adapted to your shoe size using the straps. Thanks to the sturdy frame construction of the legs and the rubber buffers, your machine remains absolutely stable even during intense sprints. 

Smart training control and connectivity 

The backlit display, including a smartphone mount, provides you with all data in real time. Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth interface, you can easily pair the rower with apps like D-Fit or Kinomap. The computer offers seamless monitoring of your metrics—from wattage to cadence. With the pre-programmed intervals and countdown modes, you can design your workout to be varied and goal-oriented. 

Practical and Space-Saving 

Despite its solid construction and weight of 47.6 kg, the Alpha S25 Pro is extremely user-friendly. The machine can be disassembled, making it particularly easy to store after your workout. With the built-in transport wheels, you can effortlessly move the rowing machine to your desired location in your home gym.
