Gutes Hilfsmittel
Fällt tatsächlich kleiner aus als es bei den Bildern vermuten lässt. Aber absolut ein gutes Hilfestellung, wenn man bei normalen Situps leichte Rückenprobleme hat.

Findet Verwendung
Ich habe davon 2 Matten experimentell gekauft, um zu schauen, wie es so ankommt. Tatsächlich finden die Matten bei einigen Stammis Verwendung und es gab auch schon die ein oder andere Rückmeldung, überwiegend positiv. Bei dem Preis kann man nicht meckern.
