The Power Grip Plyo Box SQMIZE® PSG80 is an uncompromisingly stable wooden plyo box designed for intensive jump training, functional strength training, and professional use in boxing gyms, studios, or home gyms. Whether explosive power, speed or coordination: the three standardised heights (20“, 24”, 30") make this box the ideal solution for versatile plyometric training. 

A special highlight: the top is now finished with a high-quality anti-slip coating. This provides more grip and safety during jumps – even during fast, powerful movements or with sweaty shoe soles. The coating is durable, textured, and well thought out. 

The edges of the box are rounded all the way around for added safety in case of missteps. The robust construction made of 18 mm thick laminated wood (instead of the more common 15 mm) is additionally reinforced on the inside, precisely interlocked and screwed together – not just glued or nailed. This means that the box can easily withstand even the toughest training sessions – with a load capacity of up to 300 kg.
